#### Has everything 

Absolutely loved staying there. The whole family loved it and had lots of fun. Beautiful scenery to enjoy while sitting on the swings on the porch especially in the morning and evening. Something for everyone and everyone was happy. Highly recommend! I would definitely go back and stay again!

Perfect for Christmas with the family. Everyone has their own room and bathroom. The teens and kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Everything was perfect for our stay. We even saw 3 bears beside the cabin a couple nights!

#### Enjoyable with a few bumps

We enjoyed our stay but there are a few things that were not up to what they should be. In 2 of the upstairs bathrooms there were dirty washcloths and bars of soap in the showers. no hand soap in the upstairs baths. toilet paper either stuck to the ceiling or stuffed in a knothole. Loose toilet seat in the upstairs right side bath ( almost fell off ) The video game turned on but nothing on the screen. Only 1 hot tub Would recommend a crockpot in the unit and maybe some coffee filters and a pair of sissors with a pen. Would be nice to have a side table by each bed for couples who both have breathing machines. Other than these few things we did enjoy our stay and would recommend this unit to friends.

This cabin was clean, perfect size for large family get together/vacation, and great amenities. Check in and check out were extremely easy. We had one issue and the property manager responded right away resolving the issue.

#### Beautiful Cabin

We had a wonderful time while staying here. The scenery was beautiful, the rooms were spacious and the kids loved the pool, hot tub, game area, and theater. The only thing we weren't prepared for was our GPS took us up a back road to get us to the cabin which was very narrow and one way with a drop off. Thankfully there is another way to the cabin. The only other thing I would recommend is bringing your own dish towels and dish cloths. There was only one set. Also, if you plan to cook there you will need all condiments including salt and pepper. We werent prepared for that as well. Other than those few minor details we really enjoyed our stay.

Things that could be better: the pool was cold and wood baseboards in the pool room were moldy. Not enough living room furniture. Not enough seating for a family meal. No crock pot or hot pads in the kitchen. Kitchen pots and pans were ancient.

#### Perfect house!

We travel as an extended family with age ranges of 2-90 so picking the right house is a LOT of pressure! This was the PERFECT house! Location was beautiful and private, easy to get to both pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. The deck’s and hot tubs are private, you see the beautiful mountains, not neighbors! This house has 5 king bed suites! 2 of them are on the main floor so the grand parents didn’t have to do any stairs! The other 4 bedrooms are upstairs and all were roomy and the beds were comfortable (we all recommend bringing your own pillows though, they were a bit too flat for all of us, just a preference) the kids loved being in the queen size bunk room and the only negative was that the internet just never worked in that room (small bummer for the kids) The pool was great! Big enough to be enjoyed but not overwhelming so even the little kids could enjoy it while the big kids were playing too. The hot tubs were a big hit! There’s 2 hot tubs but honestly we only used one and it was great. It locks out the temp at 104 so even the kids could enjoy it and it was plenty warm enough for the adults too. The game room was fun for the kids. Mariocart was a hit but be ready, it does crank out the sound. The theater room was used every night and we loved finishing a great day with a family movie. There’s plenty to do in the house and it’s close to everything so you can’t go wrong. My only recommendation is maybe better pots (with a family our size we have to cook meals) and pot holders (I’m sure that was just a forgotten detail from the cleaning crew, we made it work) We really enjoyed our fall break. My kids cried when we pulled away! Thank you!

Beautiful cabin! We all enjoyed the pool and the movie theater. The kids also loved playing the Mario cart game. We even got to see a bear that came right up to the back deck.

loved the property the house was clean overall wished the main level heat and ac worked it kept saying error and would not turn on. Hot water was not the hottest, but it worked.
