Long Springs Tiny Homes has a great location in Sevierville out of the crazy tourist area but close enough to enjoy. It is 15 minutes to DollyWood and Pigeon Forge and about 30 minutes to Gatlinburg. Back roads will get you wherever you want to go without getting stuck on the strip. Click this link to see Video Tour of the property. The space This beautiful tiny home cottage has a very inviting feel. This Cottage has a king size bed, bath/shower combo and a kitchenette with a fridge, coffee maker and a microwave. From the beamed ceilings to the hardwood floors we know you will love your stay. There is also a covered deck off the back with a serene wooded view. Perfect place to sit and drink your coffee. Guest access We really encourage outdoor living in the Smokies so we also have a charcoal grill outside of the home and a picnic table where you can gather outside and enjoy your meal. In the common area you will find relaxing hammocks, picnic tables, corn hole, horse shoes, fire pits and a playground. There is a local Neighborhood Walmart or Food City very close place to pick up fire wood or charcoal. To be able to fully enjoy the outdoor space during the summer months, we recommend bringing some bug spray. Interaction with guests We are not onsite however you can message or call us if anything comes up during your stay and we can get you taken care of. After booking you will be given self check-in instructions and lock box code to be able to enter your home. A guest book with additional information will be located in the home. Other things to note We do have Pack 'n Plays available. Let us know if you need one and we can have it in the cottage. NO SMOKING of any kind in the homes. If smoking outside make sure all doors are closed so no smoke gets in. If smoke smell is found in the home guests will be charged a $500 fee. We had booked other accommodations for the first 4 nights of our week-long vacation, and decided we would just wing it after that and stay wherever we decided along the way back home (maybe a slightly foolish decision considering the busy month of June). We were blessed to find this adorable tiny home online. We had never stayed in a tiny home before, but since we really didn’t require anything more than a hotel room at this point of our trip, AND this would give us a little more privacy, it seemed like a perfect choice. I am so glad we booked it!!! Staying here was one of the highlights of our trip! It was so charming, and gave us a fairytale-like experience. The house was absolutely adorable!! It had a full sized tub/shower combo and toilet. There was a sink, mini-fridge, microwave, mini-coffee pot, 2-person table, and tv…in other words, everything you would get in a hotel plus more…It had a deck off the back where we were able to have our morning coffee and danishes. The location was surrounded by trees, which added to that fairytale feel and gave more privacy, even though there were other tiny homes nearby. It was extremely quiet. We didn’t hear anything from other guests. Being surrounded by nature in such a delightful little house was just perfect! It has converted me into a tiny home fan. My husband and I wanted to explore Pigeon Forge without having to stay in the hustle and bustle. This place was perfect!
