Monte da Cardela Nova is located between the Uplands of the Melides Mountain and the award-winning Blue Coast, in the very heart of the Alentejo coast and just an hour away from Lisbon. This part of Portugal is famous for having plenty of sunshine and a pleasantly warm climate; the average temperature is around 17ºC but can often climb to 40ºC in the summer months.

The closest beaches are literally just a five-minute drive away and despite their proximity to some of the area's best known beaches, such as Floodgate, they are more secluded and peaceful even during the peak summer holiday season.

Recognized as being very healthy, the typically Mediterranean local cuisine is prepared with fresh natural ingredients and regional delicacies.

The property comprises 1.5 hectares of land, mostly consisting of pine and cork oak groves and orchards.

The house itself comprises a double room, a twin room (which can be converted to a double on request), a single room, two WCs, a living room with fireplace and a fully-fitted kitchen.
