Based on our stay at Epic Sana not sure how this hotel even compares and received a 5 star rating. The hotels by Four Season, Epic and others are definitely worth the money and the amenities are absolutely fabulous! The tip 10 hotels in Portugal are on the same strip, Eurostar is by the airport it’s not comparable, rooms are small, bathrooms are small and the pool and rooftop are nothing in comparison and super small. The gym literally only had 4 equipment items and we had to get a day pass to work out at the mall. Only 12 people can comfortable fit in the pool. I wish we would have cancelled and went back to Epic Sana after returning from Morocco. On a good note they did allow us to check in early and visit the rooftop while waiting for our room, so definitely appreciated that!

Mostly still good. Our 3rd time, and though quality is dropping, it’s still good. Good: Location is incredible, the best feature Staff is very nice Breakfast is nice. The pastries aren't what they used to be, but still decent Should improve: The bathroom was awkward. Unless you’re a contortionist, expect to struggle to get in the shower The pool at the spa is unusable. Filled with small children and rowdy teenagers all day. Not very zen. Hard to get bottles of water. Each time we asked the cleaning crew, we were told to ask the front desk Getting the “once a stay” discount is a challenge. I honestly gave up trying, and just paid the full price, as it felt like the restaurant staff was genuinely unaware if any discount deals
