Great place, very quiet, clean room, but some hygiene issues were overlooked; there was hair and watermarks on the toilet. The bed was soft and comfortable, the hot water for showering was excellent, parking was convenient, and the breakfast was adequate.

I love this place!! Kevin the front desk person was so warm and welcoming! Our room looked out over the bay and ocean. Beautiful sunrise! P-town is so fun to roam around. We especially enjoy The Lobster Pot Restaurant and Shoppe Therapy store. We will be back .
