Villa Jasmine is situated in a hilly area near Senigallia, in the province of Ancona, in the northern part of Le Marche region.  
Its convenient position allows you to reach the famous beaches of Senigallia in just 10 minutes by car, characterised by fine sand and shallow waters, ideal for families with children. This lively seaside resort offers not only the sea and relaxation, but also a historic centre full of events, shops, restaurants, bars and ice-cream parlours, perfect for strolling around in the summer evenings.  
From here you can also explore the seaside resorts of Fano, Pesaro and Ancona, which also have picturesque historic centres, and the enchanting beaches of the famous Riviera del Conero, famous for its crystal clear waters and unique landscapes.  
As well as the coast, in the surrounding area you can visit historic villages nestled between hills and medieval walls: Corinaldo, Mondavio, Gradara, Urbino and Jesi will enchant you with their charm and history.  
For nature lovers, the area offers unique destinations such as the Frasassi Caves, underground caves with spectacular stalactites and stalagmites, and paths immersed in the beauty of the Monte San Bartolo Natural Park, the Gola del Furlo State Nature Reserve and the Gola Rossa e Frasassi Regional Park.  
Thanks to the many wineries and farms in the area, you can also taste typical local products such as cured meats, extra virgin olive oil and the famous wines of Le Marche: Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi DOC, Lacrima di Morro d'Alba DOC, Rosso Conero DOC and Bianchello del Metauro DOC.  
  
This stunning villa, immersed in the beautiful Marche countryside, is an oasis of peace and privacy, ideal for those seeking a relaxing holiday in contact with nature, at the same time as being only a few minutes from the sea.  
The garden surrounding the villa has large green areas, ideal for spending pleasant moments outdoors. The pool, with Roman steps and equipped with sun loungers, is perfect for spending days of relaxation and fun.  
A large veranda, furnished with comfortable sofas and a large table, allows you to comfortably outdoor dining, enjoying the view of the pool and spending unforgettable evenings.  
A barbecue is available for cooking delicious barbecues together with friends and family.  
The property is completely fenced off and has an automatic gate.  
Villa Jasmine is an elegant and spacious property that can accommodate up to 11 people.  
The villa features spacious and light rooms that have been carefully decorated to provide a cosy and comfortable environment. The exposed wooden beams are combined with wooden furniture and refined furnishings to create a warm and refined atmosphere.  
The villa is arranged over 3 floors connected by an internal staircase.  
The ground floor consists of:  
\- a large living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and dining table;  
\- a fully equipped kitchen with oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, moka pot, filter coffee machine and kettle;  
\- a half bathroom;  
\- a laundry room with washing machine.  
On the first floor of the villa there are:  
\- two double bedrooms;  
\- one bedroom with two single beds;  
\- a bedroom with a single bed;  
\- two large bathrooms with shower and bathtub.  
The second floor houses the mansard, which consists of:  
\- a living room with sofa, table and chairs;  
\- two double bedrooms;  
\- a bathroom with shower and bathtub.  
The villa is equipped with insect screens.  
  
The rental price includes:  
fully cleaned property equipped with linen and towels; weekly linen change; pool towels; utilities (electricity - water - gas for kitchen use); Wi-Fi; pool and garden maintenance; policy "Easy Rent" (additional insurance coverage for accidental damage to the property, up to a maximum coverage of € 3.000,00 and subject to limitations).  
  
The rental price does not include (to be paid upon arrival):  
final cleaning € 250,00; heating consumption; extra cleaning; extra linen change; tourist tax € 1,00 per person per night, for a maximum of 7 nights (children under 15 years old exempted, disabled exempted). Pets are not allowed.  
  
Security deposit (to be paid upon arrival): € 500,00  
  
Check-In: from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.  
Check-Out: from 8.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m.
