The room is very big for Japanese style room. Slightly dated but clean. The staff were very kind and helpful with transportation. The only complaint is the use of the onsen. BLISSTIA Hakone Sengokuhara
The hotel was so peaceful and calming. The room was very large and had all of the amenities and then some. The onsen was so relaxing. The dinner meal was 5 star quality. I'm not sure what I was eating at times but it was beautifully presented and delicious.
