If you asked for anything, you were met with an eye roll or simply no response. I also found them defrosting frozen chicken in the lobby bathroom sink, hopefully that food was not being served to guests. We were made to feel uncomfortable/upset with every interaction. With dogs barking on and off during the night. It didn’t help that the windows were closed the noise still came through. Room was small but clean what we needed for the night. We were plagued by children begging in the envions. What would be useful in the information for this hotel was that a 100 MYR cash deposit was required to be paid before getting the room. We did ask to have a late check out but it was refused as the hotel was full.
