When I arrived, there was a bit of hiccup with registration, but it was taken care of in a professional manner and all ended well. Front desk was very friendly and helpful.

A beautifully maintained and historic hotel. Stepping through doors recall another quieter time. The rooms a spotless and the staff is very kind and helpful. The saxophone player in the library lounge was delightful

Can’t say enough great things about this property. Probably not the choice for the pumpkin spice crowd, but for artists and musicians this place is perfect. Only issue is they have art for sale by local artists with no way of actually selling the items. They said they couldn’t sell one of the pieces that was marked with a price due to no way to actually pay the artist. If you’re selling art there, go check on it, because people are probably trying to buy it and it’s not being sold!

The property is an oasis right on the U of A campus. Our room was pretty clean. We had a beautiful room with a view but huge smudges and fingerprints on the windows and some random hairs found on bedding and in the bathroom. So a little tougher to relax The sink was clogged too and the pipes made noise. There weren’t obvious areas to refill water bottles, and it’s needed in the heat. Overall fair + visit. Upstairs pool and restaurant are a nice plus.
