It’s an original motel from back in the Route 66 days, so you get the experience. Bathtub had hair and footprints in it. Dead flies on the windowsill. Pieces of paper left over from previous tenants, and an old used bar of soap in the bathroom sink. At least the towels and bedding seemed clean.The mini fridge did work and it had a microwave. May 9, 2024 Liked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities The bathtub was dirty. Like dust/debris or something. At least it wasn't gooey. That said, it's an old property but with a definite charm for those doing the Route 66 adventuring. To their credit, I accidentally bumped a lamp on the nightstand and broke the bulb and they were very understanding and considerate about it. ##### Douglas T. The desk person said they were busy the night before with a group of motorcyclists and didn't have time to clean all the rooms. When we asked our options, the desk clerk offered to give us our money back so we could go somewhere else, or call management the next day for a discount or refund.
