The stunning Dalmatica Moderna house is surrounded by 1600 square meters of beautiful olive groves, fruit trees, Mediterranean plants and small stone vegetable gardens, built in a specific way, similar to Primošten’s vineyards, a symbol of hard work throughout the centuries, (a picture featuring Primošten’s vineyards is permanently exhibited in the building of the United Nations in New York). At the front of the house there is a large dining table, outdoor barbeque, traditional bocce ball court, multifunctional children’s playground. A private swimming pool and sunbathing area are just a few steps away, so why not, spoil yourself and spend a lazy afternoon enjoying the silence. Private parking is available. Accommodations: The spacious, 180 square meter, Dalmatica Moderna can accommodate up to 8 people. It is away from the crowded streets and noise of modern living, but can still be easily reached and very well connected to all the urban spots. The interior of the house can be described as a combination of traditional rustic style, with a touch of modern and retro elements. At every corner of the house you will find our own family inherited unique antiquities that tell the story of our ancestors. We are very proud of the fact that all the building materials are 100% ecological, natural and environment friendly. Most of the furniture is unique and handmade out of natural materials (stone and wood). The house consists of a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen (with a dining table, refrigerator, hob, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, kettle, coffee pot, toaster and a coffee machine), fireplace, business area, large hall, 3 bathrooms (2 out of 3 are with an en suite), pantry & laundry, as well as a sauna. There are 3 bedrooms; one with its own bathroom and cot, second with a double bed, and the third with two separate beds. In the living room there is a very comfortable pull out sofa, suitable for 2 adults. High speed internet and hi-tech entertainment equipment (TV/CD player, DVD/SatTV) are provided and included in the price. Extra facilities include heating and air conditioning, a hairdryer and a safety deposit box. The provision of many beach and bathing utensils was particularly pleasant. The barbecue area was fantastic, as was the terrace in front of the house. We enjoyed the pool area the most. Our little grandson could hardly be taken out of the whirlpool and many tears were shed when we had to return home. An absolutely marvellous experience. The only minor caveat is that there are no restaurants or shopping logistics nearby. But as excursions are organised regularly, this is not a problem either. ##### Richard Albin S. Wer wirklich zur Ruhe kommen möchte ist hier genau richtig. Vor allem unsere Kinder haben den Spielplatz, den Pool und auch die vielen Eidechsen die dort umherlaufen geliebt. Alles ist eingezäunt so dass unsere Kinder wirklich frei spielen konnten. Sogar Schafe konnten wir hin und wieder sehen. Der Vermieter war immer für uns erreichbar und hat meinem Mann sogar ein wichtiges Medikament besorgt welches wir vergessen hatten. So viel Gastfreundschaft die uns hier begegnet ist und trotzdem hatten wir stets unsere Privatsphäre. Die Ausstattung der Küche war auch ein großer Pluspunkt. Von Gewürzen bis hin zu Müllbeuteln, Spülmaschinenreiniger und Mehl war alles vorhanden. Der Weg zum Meer und zum Supermarkt dauert zwar 15 Minuten aber wir haben den Weg dorthin geliebt. Man hat immer einen tollen Ausblick auf das Meer. Ein toller Ort um Fotos zu machen. Wir bedanken uns für diese tollen zwei Wochen in diesem schönen Haus. Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Wir werden nächstes Jahr wiederkommen und sind jetzt schon voller Vorfreude. ##### Kathrin B. Wir mieten immer Ferienhäuser aber das ist wirklich etwas Besonderes. Der Spielplatz für die Kinder, der wunderschön angelegte Garten, das toll eingerichtete Haus und nicht zu vergessen der Pool. Da er beheizt ist und auch einen Kinderbereich hat ist es für die ganze Familie geeignet. Die Umgebung ist angenehm ruhig ohne direkte Nachbarn. Ivica ist ein super Gastgeber und immer erreichbar. Everything was as described and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Private location about 25 minutes from the town of Trogir. Wonderful friendly host who left us a fabulous fruit basket for our stay! The pool was wonderful the the babies loved it and so did us parents. The park was played on everyday and made are girls holiday. Thank you for a wonderful stay!
