You will be very close to Hwy 179, the Red Rock Scenic Byway, a very scenic drive between Coconino and Yavapai counties. This single-level home offers 2,800 square feet of space, four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 10 guests. You'll enter the home by taking a few steps up to the front porch and door, then into a lovely entry foyer. Stepping down a few stairs will put you in the main living area with the living room, kitchen and dining room — all with cooling tile throughout. Living Room: The living room features modern furnishings, including a large sectional, a 75” Smart TV and a gas fireplace. Enjoy watching the scenery or read a book at the cozy window bench seat. Ideal for two couples (one huge primary and a second smaller en suite plus two more bedrooms sharing a hall bath). Super clean, tasteful finishes throughout, quiet location away from bustle but close enough to go to all the Sedona "hits." We loved the close proximity to the mystic trail - if some folks slept in, others could take a gentle morning hike. Hot tub was super clean and a nice feature. Kitchen large and plenty of "hang out" seating in the house. Beds comfy with nice linens. The back and front yards are peaceful and the fountains are a lovely touch. Easily accommodated my entire family and the grandparents (7 people). Beds were comfy, showers were awesome, living spaces were just right. Loved the back patio with the hot tub, lounge area, and gas grill. Kids loved the big, well maintained hot tub. Kitchen was perfect. We cooked all meals at the house. Lots of utensils and pots/pans. So many cute spaces around the property. It really felt very curated. Didn’t use the garage, but large enough to fit two big vehicles. Nice laundry room. Beautiful views of the cliffs and surrounding forest. The end of the road is a city cemetery, so it’s a very quiet area, and a beautiful morning walk. Comfortable mattresses, ample towels, toiletries and hot water for our 3 couples celebrating retirement. Easily understood instructions on the operation of everything. This quiet neighborhood south of downtown was perfect for us. The best part was the walk ability to trailheads right around the corner! Traffic was backed up on 79 on Sat so we avoided the crowds and did a beautiful hike, encountering only 5 other people! It was one of the best hikes of our trip! Thank you! ##### Dawn H. Plenty of room and space for everyone. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and dishes. No keurig coffee maker, but a coffee pot, and an additional warmer avaiable.
