The home is settled into a wooded and serene landscape for that “away from it all” feel. Recently remodeled, the home offers 1,700 square feet, three bedrooms and two bathrooms to sleep up to six guests. After opening the front door, you will take a few steps through a hallway leading to the great room with the living room, kitchen and dining room — all accented with gorgeous tile flooring. Living Room: Filled with comfortable contemporary furnishings including a spacious sectional, 65” Smart TV, electric fireplace and a wall of windows that will bring in the amazing views and lots of light. Kitchen: The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including an electric stovetop, bar seating for two, and access to the backyard. Dining area: The dining area offers a dining table with seating for six. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Master bedroom— King size bed, 43” Smart TV, and patio access. The house was ideally located in the middle of beautiful scenery and was just the right size for our family of four to spread out and enjoy. The views were fantastic and the property was clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed to really enjoy our time there! The house is in a quiet neighborhood and located close to many hikes. We appreciated that you did not have to travel into town where the crowds were. We will return again. Literally a 5 minutes walk to trails, and/or the Chapel of the The Holy Cross. This is perhaps the best apportioned VRBO I have ever stayed in. They kitchen is full stocked with pots, pans, utensils. All the spices and things needed for cooking. The grill and hot tub were perfect after a long day on the trails. highly recommended ##### Peter R. Very well located for if you want to do hiking/adventuring, or enjoy downtown sedona. It was a beautiful place with great views. There is a casita behind the house that other renters were in, but that was not an issue at all. Still felt private! Would recommend to anyone. The location was quite nice with easy access to all of the local spots, and direct walking access in and around the Chapel of the Holy Cross. Which serves as an amazing backdrop when sitting in the living room or out back. Sunrises over the chapel from the hot tub make for a wonderful way to start the day! ##### Joshua C. Not only is this a perfect house to stay while we adventured around Sedona and the Grand Canyon, but the view was spectacular! We had everything we needed! Easy check in and out and comfy beds! We enjoyed a walk through the neighborhood one evening and the locals were so nice and friendly. We also loved the view of the Chapel from the driveway! The red rock views are absolutely breathtaking and panoramic (better than pictures can portray). The location is perfect and there are hiking trails within walking distance from the house. The property is very close to the Chapel of the Holy Cross. The house is well stocked and worked well for us (couple with an almost 2 year old). The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean. There is a nice pack and play provided that we used for our toddler. The hot tub on the property was great and there is a very convenient door right off the master bathroom leading right to it. There is a guest house on the property that can be rented together or separately. We did not rent the guest house and there were guests there throughout our stay but we we barely noticed anyone was there besides a car to the left of the garage. We would absolutely rent this property one thousand times over. If you are on the fence, don't hesitate. It's worth it even if just for the views alone! ##### Sarah S.
