It was located in an ideal spot, just a15 minute walk to ‘downtown’ Sedona. The views of the red rocks were outstanding. The decks are huge with plenty of seating to enjoy nature. The fenced back yard was safe and secure for our small dog to play.The beds are soft like clouds, but supportive…the pillows were the best I’ve slept with in any rental. The eclectic furnishings are quite adequate, although mostly old and thrift-shop. Comfortable recliners and beds. Fully equipped kitchen.Older TV in LR, and not a Smart TV, so you will not be able to hook into your Netflix, etc Overall, a very nice place to stay ##### Raymond B. Cleanliness, location, view and neighbors made it our home away from home. Access to the trails and downtown restaurants and shopping by foot was a big plus. It is private and secluded, quiet. Well stocked kitchen (a pleasant surprise for simple basics--flour, sugar, spices that I'd assumed wed have to buy), clean and welcoming throughout.
