Additional guests may be younger. • Guest making the reservation must have identity verified through Airbnb and a current phone number listed • A $25 shipping and handling fee applies to items left behind We are committed to complying with state and local regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete a guest verification process after booking. You will receive an email and a text with a link to complete the verification. This process is completed by a third party company called Truvi. We do not see any of your private information. Truvi will collect a non-refundable credit card authorization fee of $10\. This allows them to collect reimbursement if damage is discovered after your stay, without having to actually hold a damage deposit.
