It has vistas of Thunder Mountain and lies only minutes away from great hiking trails, world-class restaurants, and elegant shops. The covered deck and sparkling pool/spa offer a great spot to entertain the kids or just relax. It’s the ideal location for your next family trip, getaway with friends, or adventure travel escape. This custom home was professionally designed with comfortable high-end finishes and furnishings that complement the Southwestern vibe of the Adobe architecture. “The home had everything we needed and more. Guests will have access to a 3-car garage, as well as a full-size washer and dryer. You will access the property through a smart lock on the front door. There is a security camera focused on the front of the house and noise monitor at the rear, as Sedona has strict noise ordnances. Nearby Area This home is located in the Mission Hills neighborhood of West Sedona, a quiet residential area in the heart of Sedona. This area has everything you will need during your stay including grocery stores, restaurants, shopping, hiking, art galleries, and more! A car is required. There is plenty of free off-street parking available in the 3-car garage and driveway. Additional Notes This home is in a residential area and parties will be shut down immediately. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am. Absolutely no smoking inside. Smoking will result in a minimum fee of $1500 for deodorization. We particularly enjoyed the deck in the evening after our days of exploring Sedona as well as other areas of Northern Arizona. Even though house is located in a neighborhood, pool and deck were very private. We barely even heard or noticed any neighbors! Clara was a wonderful host. She answered all questions within minutes. It is in a great location with hiking, biking, restaurants, and stores all close by (including a great bike shop 2 minutes away). Beautiful views all around and the house was spacious, comfortable, and had everything you need. The pool and hot tub were also nice. I definitely recommend this house. ##### Matthew C. Had everything we needed and then some. The host checked in with us often. The house is perfectly located to many trails in Sedona. Very comfortable home with a great hot tub & pool that we used every night after long day of hiking. House was very clean with fresh paint & new furnishings. Host thought of everything from cabinet full of games, loaded kitchen, Alexa speaker. The garage had hiking sticks & lawn chairs for use too. Clara was very responsive & helpful!
