Folk-art and rustic hand-crafted getaway with all the creature-comforts: Large wrap-around porches with plenty of rocking chairs, two canvas hammocks, a large outdoor shower and soaking tub (seasonal), hand-made Amish cedar bunkbeds, bountiful indoor and outdoor kitchens, large fire pit, and plenty of room for throwing frisbee, playing corn hole, or other outdoor games. . This property borders Pickett State Park / Pogue Creek Canyon and rests in the Federal Dark Sky Park designation with terrific star-gazing opportunities. This is a perfect spot for those seeking quiet, seclusion, reflection, or a place to host a small retreat, Wildlife is abundant and birding is fantastic. Eagles, hawks, whippoorwills, bobcat, coyote, owls, bear, turkey, deer, grouse, and wild boar have all been spotted on the property.
