San Jose de Puembo Quito Airport, an Ascend Collection Hotel
Mixed feelings.... Great facilities but you couldn't use them all the time (tried to use the main pool on one of the days it's was supposed to be open, and was told I couldn't use it), and the waiters couldn't be bothered to help (the owner had to intercede to get one of the waiters to help me)
