Don't forget to bring your golf clubs as there are several golf courses in the vicinity, with one course "Deer Run" running adjacent to the property. The community clubhouse also has multiple lighted tennis courts. If you don't own clubs or tennis rackets, there's a golf pro shop conveniently located at the community clubhouse, along with a fabulous restaurant & bar. Sebring is also home of the Sebring International Raceway! It's owned & managed by IMSA Properties, a subsidiary of NASCAR. Not only is the "12 Hours of Sebring" classic held annually, but there are many other racing events held throughout the year. Sebring is one of the most active racetracks in the world. Many spectator events take place at Sebring International Raceway each year. Do you enjoy shopping & dining? Sebring has both. There are lots of department stores & locally owned shoppes. When you're ready to eat, there's popular restaurants & locally owned eateries too. Some of them offer spectacular water views. For those that enjoy the finer things, there are several award-winning wineries within 15-20 minutes away. Some of them offer tours, free sampling, and special events, guaranteed to have you take home a bottle (or two). Maybe watersports are your thing. Sebring is surrounded by lakes.
