Please inquire for Boat and RV parking on this tranquil half acre property. This home features a beautiful pool view with direct pool access in the Master bedroom, living room, kitchen, and spare bathroom. The split floor plan is perfect for any multi-family arrangement. The Master Suite features a King bed, TV, and private bathroom with a shower and garden tub. Both spare bedrooms feature queen beds with TVs . The spare bathroom is a shower and toilet shared by both spare bedrooms. Garage parking for 1 car is available. Guests that have booked are confirming that they (the primary booker) and any guests that are part of the reservation, are aware and agree to the following rules outlined below, the rules listed under the house rules section, as well as any additional rules listed in the listing description/additional information section: \-$100 per pet fee is required to be paid before check-in information is provided. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property. \-We will kindly confirm the number of guests and animals after a guest has booked. Confirmation is needed from the guest before access information is provided and before door codes are activated. \-Due to local city rules and permit regulations for vacation rentals, guests will need to contact the property manager at the number listed in the welcome binder for evening and overnight emergencies. The name and contact number is listed at the top of the front page under "Safety and Important Contact Info" and is also listed at the bottom of the checkout sheet where the Wi-Fi information is located. \-No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner. \-Stove/Oven uses gas and should be attended to at all times. The Gas alarm plugged into the kitchen outlet must remain plugged in at all times and will sound if gas is not properly used. \-Cars cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors. Maximum 1 car in garage and 3 in driveway. Loss of use may result as well. \-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes. \-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping. \-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or animals. \-Guests are required to scrape the grill and empty the grease trap in the trash after every use. \-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly. \-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately. \-Queen Air mattress available \-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee. \-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation. One recommendation...put a shelt of some sort in the showers. The grab bar was wonderful but having to put everything on the ground was difficult for me. I would definitely rent here again. The bed was very comfortable like my only bed at home.Living room is very comfortable as well. The location of this house is perfect.It's ten minutes from the grocery store and and fifteen minutes from the beach. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and just how relaxing the area was and just how well the house suited us. Eddie was great. At getting back to us when needed.. The house all in all was practically perfect. Just like recommendations would be to have some larger glasses for adult beverages. Maybe a small little plastic table in the corner of the shower main shower to put. To put to help with shaving. The jetted tub in the master bedroom is broken. When I asked about the tub, he said it was listed as a garden tub. The host was difficult to deal with for me. I asked several questions: I wanted to know if there was cable tv as oppose to streaming. I also wanted to know if they kept the pool heated - it's heated 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. The pool water after 6 p.m. is acceptable. I wanted to know if the pool was enclosed, I didn't want to meet up with alligators in the pool (LOL). Due to me asking questions, he asked me if I wanted to cancel? I didn't see a reason to cancel simply because I asked questions. I thought 5 rolls of toliet paper was sufficient, unfortunately, my group had a problem with food poisioning, and on the last day at 9:30 p.m. at night, my Aunt suddenly became sick and ran out of toliet paper. I called the host hoping there was an extra roll in the garage, he was irritated with me and explained that they provide an initial supply of paper products. It was up to me to find more toliet paper. I wouldn't work with this host again, inflexible. Sebastian is nice, the town is small. If you like touring places, museums, etc., my suggestion is to get a place close to West Palm Beach or Miami. My aunt wanted to go to the Hard Rock Casino, 2 hrs drive. ##### Carmen L.
