Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property. \-No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner. \-1 House trained dog allowed under 20lbs. If bigger or more than one please inquire before booking. \-We will kindly confirm the number of guests and animals after a guest has booked. Confirmation is needed from the guest before access information is provided and before door codes are activated. \-Due to local city rules and permit regulations for vacation rentals, guests will need to contact the property manager at the number listed in the welcome binder for evening and overnight emergencies. It was very well appointed and from what we could tell, there was nothing more to be added. All living spaces were very spacious. We especially loved the outdoor space with its large fenced in yard and a beautiful sitting area complete with overhead fan, flat screen tv and a grill. Shopping and restaurants were very close by! Eddie, per usual, was very helpful and accommodating and always a pleasure to work with. We were a family of four and this house had plenty of space, comfortable and attractive furnishings, fully stocked kitchen and very nice bathrooms. We brought our small dog after communicating with the owner, and having the fenced backyard was fantastic. Location was very convenient for Sebastian and north Vero.
