This stunning 3-bed 2-bath home features a heated saltwater pool with privacy screens, a poolside TV, and outdoor dining furniture—perfect for relaxation and meals. Complimentary soaps, shampoo, and coffee/cocoa bar provided! The Primary Suite offers a king bed, private pool access, shower, walk-in closet, and an office desk. The living room and bedrooms have Smart TVs. The well stocked kitchen is a chef's dream. With a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom, there’s plenty of privacy for everyone! Minutes to Beaches!  
  
Guests that have booked are confirming that they (the primary booker) and any guests that are part of the reservation, are aware and agree to the following rules outlined below, the rules listed under the house rules section, as well as any additional rules listed in the listing description/additional information section:  
\-$100 per pet fee is required to be paid before check-in information is provided. Non disclosure of pets will be considered a major house rule violation and will result in dismissal from the property.  
\-We will kindly confirm the number of guests and animals after a guest has booked. Confirmation is needed from the guest before access information is provided and before door codes are activated.   
\-Due to local city rules and permit regulations for vacation rentals, guests will need to contact the property manager at the number listed in the welcome binder for evening and overnight emergencies. The name and contact number is listed at the top of the front page under "Safety and Important Contact Info" and is also listed at the bottom of the checkout sheet where the Wi-Fi information is located.  
\-No cats allowed due to health hazards to the owner.  
\-Guests are not permitted to exceed listed occupancy in accordance with local laws.  
\-Cars must be in driveway and cannot be parked in yard/street or at neighbors.  
\-Animals are not allowed on furniture and dropping must be cleaned from the yard.  
\-1 house trained dog ok, no cats. Please inquire if dog is >20 lbs or you have more than 1.  
\-Smoking/Vaping is Only Allowed Outside and must be thrown away in the outdoor garbage cans.  
\-Quiet family neighborhood, no loud music/parties/large gatherings.  
\-Excessive trash/missed pickups will be $20 fee per occurrence  
\-No animals in pool, a fee of $75 will be charged if pet hair found in the filtration. Loss of use may result as well.  
\-No loud music, yelling, or fights/disputes.  
\-Linen must be used on the living room couch if used for sleeping.  
\-Guests are expected to clean up spills and keep rooms tidy. Floors should be mopped and swept if needed due to spills, foot tracks, or animals.  
\-Guests are required to scrape the grill and empty the grease trap in the trash after every use.   
\-Pool toys need to be kept out of the pool when not in use so it can be serviced weekly.  
\-Yard is fenced along the front and sides of the property, it is not fenced at the back of the property, there is a natural blind of Clusia Bushes.  
\-Any and all damage needs to be reported immediately.  
\-Excessive cleanings or abuse due to spills or dishes/food will result in a minimum $250 fee.  
\-Guests will be asked to leave the residence for significant violations (in accordance with house, local, and state laws) and do so with the understanding they will not be refunded their deposit or any remaining nights on their reservation.

\~ Master Suite has king bed with private bath, 2   
 private sinks, shower, and direct patio access to the pool.  
\~ Bedroom #2 has a queen bed with television.  
\~ Bedroom #3 has two twins with television.

\~ Cable and Wireless Internet (Wifi).  
\~ Garage to park 1 car.

Centrally located in Sebastian, this home is close to Golf, Sebastian Airport and Skydiving Center, Less than 3 miles to the Indian River and 7 miles to the open ocean.  
Sebastian has several waterfront restaurants and bars, boat ramps and walking paths. It is also within an hour of Orlando Airport, Disney, Sea World, Cape Canaveral, Water Parks, Botanical Gardens, Riverside (and others) Theater, Vero Art Center, Brevard Zoo, and the list goes on and on.... not to mention the great Fishing!!!

Was in town for my nieces wedding and stayed here with my husband, kids and their spouses. We were very pleased with the space, cleanliness, split floor plan and outdoor space. Plently of room for everyone.Especially happy with the heated, salt water private pool. We were going to head to the beach but loved the pool so much we ended up just hanging out there visiting and relaxing.Our stay was perfect. Check in and Check out easy. Eddie was wonderful in planning and checking in on us to make sure all was to our satisfaction. Will definitely stay here on our next visit and recommend to friends.

Eddie was amazing! I wish I could give a 10 star. Arrived to a clean home stocked with everything needed. All appliances and pool worked perfectly. The welcome binder had great suggestions for food, dinning and activities . Property is well maintained. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Looking forward to booking in the future.Thank you!

Our stay at 3 Palms was fantastic! We were here for our grandsons 1st birthday and our daughter's wedding. The home was so comfortable and absolutely stunning. Pool was refreshing and used to the fullest! Thank you so much for such a great stay.

Amazing home. Incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and everything from the bedding, pillows, linens, appliances, outdoor seating area and pool were top quality. Host Eddie Nero was great to communicate with and made sure everything from checking in to checking out went smoothly. Enjoyed staying in this home and will book again if available next trip. Thanks again to home owners and the host for a pleasant stay.

We had a great time! Everything was clean and ready when we got there. There were plenty of pool toys and extras like coffee and laundry detergent. Eddie was a great communicator and we had a great time!
