The house is very large and a perfect size for family and even an extended family. The kitchen had everything you could need and more. I was traveling with my husband and 2 adult children and most days and nights my oldest daughter and son in law stopped in. We had more than enough room! The pool was kept at a very nice warm temperature which came in handy for the cooler week we were there. Overall the house was very clean and I have to say the owner, Ryan was very accommodating with the 2 requests I had! He was prompt and a pleasure. He was kind enough to drop off 2 electric bikes that we thoroughly enjoyed and if offered through a rental again we would definitely take advantage of this. We did not use the golf cart but it was in the garage and is brand new and exactly as appears in the photos provided. The garage is a great place, clean and set up with a ping pong table. Outdoor by the pool had plenty of seating and a tv so we could watch our NFL team by the pool that was awesome! The neighborhood is quiet and in a great location! We brought our 15 pound King Charles and she loved it as well! As this rental allows pets I was extremely happy with the cleanliness. I would be remiss if I didn’t mention the back living room furniture did have a slight urine smell but the owner mentioned he is replacing the living room furniture. I believe you would be very happy with this rental and Ryan is sure to help make that possible he definitely wants his guests to love their stay.
