While we spent most of each day away, the time we stayed at the property was wonderful. The neighborhood was beautiful and peaceful, our room was clean, the bed was very comfortable, kitchen was convenient, and although you felt and heard the slightest movement from the electric train that would pass by it was a gentle and pleasant reminder of where we were. Other reviews mentioned the walls were thin and it was loud, but we didn’t hear much and it was pretty peaceful. I was a little skeptical about staying in a house with strangers, but our room had its own deadbolt/keypad and we had no issues and felt safe. The room is a bit small but very tidy with lots of natural light and ventilation (love an operable window), and a very comfortable bed. Vince was communicative and clear and I had no trouble accessing the property. I would suggest adding a chair to the space (even just a folding one kept in the closet, though I used the stool as a seat for when I was using my laptop at the desk area. The air supply for the AC unit had come disconnected at the back and it took me a while to realize why it wasn't working, but once I reconnected it worked great - the only drawback is it was rather loud to keep on, even at the low setting. ##### Aaron H.
