Welcome to Ravennity! Very close to Light Rail, UW, Greenlake

Just a 5 minute walk from the Roosevelt light rail station, this spacious, 2 bedroom apartment is at a nexus for urban and natural amenities. On the top floor of a classic craftsman home, it overlooks a tree-lined boulevard. The fully equipped kitchen includes cookware, induction cook top, oven, and full size fridge. Newly renovated with washer and dryer in unit. It is walking distance to parks, a Whole Foods grocery store, and many restaurants and other fun destinations.

The space:
There are custom and artistic touches throughout the space. The front porch offers a pleasant sanctuary overlooking the boulevard: perfect for morning coffee or evening cocktails. The TV includes a Firestick so you can easily log into your personal steaming accounts. Owners live and work onsite, happy to respond to any questions.

Guest access
Just 5 blocks from the new Roosevelt Light Rail station, you'll be able get to and from the airport in under an hour regardless of traffic! Downtown is just a 10 minute ride. Some guests have found it cheaper to rent a car from the Avis/Budget car rental one block away rather than shuttling around a busy airport.

If you wish, I will grind organic coffee fresh the day you arrive. Caffeinated or decaf, just let me know. Otherwise, Urban Luxe Cafe is right around the corner and Herkimer Coffee, just up the street. And wonderful nearby restaurants too numerous to mention; I'll send you a detailed list on request.

University District Farmers Market is open Saturdays from 9 - 2.

We offer 2 off street parking spots and there is usually free all day street parking available nearby.

Other things to note:
NO CHORES! As our guests, there is no to-do list at check-out.
All bedding and towels are 100% cotton.
We are meticulous about cleaning.
Quiet hours 10pm - 7am
Please contact me if you need flexibility in your arrival or departure or anything else.
No such thing as a stupid question ~ just ask!

An absolute joy! Wynia the host is a true gem. From beginning to end she made sure our stay was a positive experience. We had the entire 2 bedroom upstairs apartment to ourselves, which provided a very private setting. It was stocked with everything we needed and then some. Wynia even had freshly ground coffee beans waiting for us upon arrival. Unfortunately we weren't able to enjoy a cup due to our time constraint, but there's always next time! The place was beautifully decorated and spotless! Great location, close enough to activities and resources, but far enough from all the city lights. The apartment has an inviting atmosphere with plenty of space and amenities (movies, boardgames, snacks, extra linens/toiletries). Last, but not least amazing hosts!! Thank you two for sharing your beautiful space with us. Well definitely be back next time we're in Seattle. 3

Since I only have 1500 characters... I'll do my best.Super communication. Great value for the money. Well stocked is an understatement. Plenty of room for two couples - not that were in there that much as we were out and about. Location? Less than 15 minutes to the Roosevelt Link station (30 minutes or less to the ID or Stadium stations - no parking hassles!), or catch a bus nearby. We attended a concert which was a 20 minute walk. We did drive across the state, parked the car, and left it there the entire weekend. I-5 is just a few blocks away. While the property is on the corner of two busy streets (TBH, what streets in the U-District aren't busy?), you didn't really notice the traffic once you settled in.Very thoughtful with everything in the unit - excellently stocked kitchen, and yes, we shared a love for good coffee with the host :) and that was a most enjoyable exchange. The entire unit is well stocked and comfortable. The main bedroom has a desk, which was used for some studies that needed done, and appreciated. Summary - have an event in the U-District? Book it. Have an event "down town", book it. Grocery store less than 15 minute walk if you need to stock up on anything.This is on our short list for any Seattle trip with four adults.

This is the perfect place to stay when visiting Seattle, particularly if you plan to spend time at or near UW. I have stayed at many VRBO properties, and Ravennity was the most well-stocked by far. Wynia provided fresh-ground coffee, as well as water and a wide assortment of sparkling water and snacks. This is truly an enjoyable place to stay!

The host keeps everything super clean and has all the right touches with conveniences in every room without it feeling hectic - it is roomy and inviting. This was an ideal Seattle stay location. Great decor, perfect kitchen, comfortable beds, easy parking and in/out the door...exactly what I was hoping for. Lovely Apartment in Ravenna

What a perfect set up for my wife and I to stay during a family wedding in Seattle. Our hosts were amazing, very responsive and provided us with everything thing we needed or asked for! With Light Rail steps from the apartment numerous Seattle neighborhoods and downtown were moments away so driving became obsolete. Groceries and great restaurants were also steps away. We give it 5 stars all the way!
