Being a brand new construction it is up to date on all amenities and you will find yourself very cozy and comfortable! As well as in a great location. The space Guests have access to the whole house. Address on the door is not what was on the documentation. It's in the back corner of the lot so you don't see the unit as pictured until you go down a long driveway. Owners live in the front unit and are very responsive to any needs. Be aware it's very very close to the freeway, perhaps 100 ft from the sound wall. That said, the windows are good and you don't hear traffic noise a ton when indoors with the windows closed. All in all, worth the money we paid for sure. ##### Peter H.
