Neighborhood description There's no better location to be right in the action than in Cap Hill. Everything you want in Seattle is within walking distance. The light rail station is just 1/2 mile away and will take you from the Airport all the way to the University of Washington. This is the perfect location close enough to the Seattle nightlife, but far enough to where it’s a relaxing oasis! We watched a vibrant sunset including the Space Needle from the rooftop deck. The kitchen made it easy to eat in when we wanted, but the unit is also very convenient to Broadway restaurants (and shopping). I liked that the multiple levels separated the different parts of the unit, and the outside world, making it feel very cozy. The townhouse was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It’s a bit of a walk to “where the action is” in Capital Hill, about 10-15 minutes to the restaurants, shops, coffee shops etc, but we appreciated that it was in a quiet residential neighborhood, given how late the bars are open in Capital Hill. It was nice to relax and put our feet up at the end of the day. The townhouse is simply furnished, but the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked. ##### Mary S.
