Wonderful single family house located between Seattle and Bellevue on Mercer Island. You can enjoy all the amenities the Seattle area offers staying in a quiet environment surrounded by the beautiful Lake Washington! Two minute’s walk to beach. Mercer Island is fantastic to bicycle – we’ve provided 2 adult bikes and 2 kids bikes, along with helmets. Exploring the gorgeous Pacific Northwest is so easy from here; Mt. Rainier, the Olympic Peninsula, the San Juan Islands are all within 2 hours.

Great place for two families. Both levels have all amenities for each family. Owner was very gracious and very responsive to concerns we had. Location is amazing, 5 minutes from downtown Seattle but away from the hustle and bustle. Tons of biking trails in the area. House had everything we needed for a wonderful and relaxing stay.

Great stay near Seattle in quiet suburb

Family from back east came to Seattle for a large work event. We wanted a centralized location where we could house most of the group and hold meals. This house was perfect. Spacious indoors and very well stocked. The owners were communicative and instructions sent well in advance. It was about a 10 minute drive to the Seattle waterfront.

Great for a large group

Very spacious and nicely laid out to accomodate a large family group. Plenty of seating for meals and relaxing. Great location for accessing the city and surrounding area. Really appreciated the fact that detergents, soaps, shampoos, paper products, etc, were provided. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. Wonderful having a washer and dryer.Highly recommend this rental.

This property is spacious, well kept, comfortable and welcoming. It is in a quiet neighborhood near a bay with easy access. Amenities are numerous and well thought out. We enjoyed our stay and would come back if circumstances are similar.

Friend/Family Reunion

The property is exactly as described. The bumper pool was a blast. We made up our own rules for our tournaments. There was plenty of room for all of us to be together in the main living areas on both floors and outside. The kitchen had everything we could need and more. The mainfloor shower/jetted tub is challenging for disabled. There is a ramp that goes from the driveway to the backyard and the lower floor, which was helpful with a walker. Very nice quiet neighborhood. Thanks Sunny!

Perfect Stay!

We were in town for our daughters wedding and this home was perfect. It was spacious, clean, and perfectly located for all of our weekend activities. All of the beds were comfortable and the home was well equipped with everything we needed. We happened to be there for Sea Fair, which was a bonus. Sunny is a fantastic host and thought of everything! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Seattle.

Wonderful stay!!

This home is just like you see in the listing. The neighborhood is quiet, walkable, and within a short distance to coffee, groceries, restaurants. We had 7 woman on this trip and the home was absolutely perfect. The owner goes above and beyond for your stay, meaning, the sheets on the bed are the step up quality, extra towels, shampoo n conditioner, hand soap is upgraded, enough pots and pans in kitchen for cooking at the house. Comfortable spot downstairs to watch tv along with extra comfortable throw blankets. This home was clean and the owner is super easy to work with. We all got so comfortably around the dining room table. The upper deck was nice and tight of the dining room. Directions and instructions were perfect. Would highly recommend this VRBO. Thank you Sunny for our stay!!!

The property was spacious and as listed— lots of thought has been put into the details. It was well stocked and clean. I do wish there was baby gear (pack and play and simple high chair) but we were lucky to have friends in the area we borrowed from (and Sunny communicated they didn’t have it before we came. When a problem arose (AC not working) it was addressed and remedied. The location was excellent for being “tourists”, and the space allowed adults to hang upstairs and kids downstairs. Thanks for sharing your home!
