The house is completely updated and a perfect space for our family of 4\. The kitchen was well equipped--we actually prepared and enjoyed Thanksgiving dinner there. The location is a little less than a mile from the train and right off of the interstate--30 minutes to downtown Seattle and 30 minutes to Everett in the other direction. Walking distance to Target, Walgreens, Total Wine, and some restaurants. I would suggest arriving for the first time during daylight hours, as it is a little tricky to find in the dark, although Google Maps did take us directly to it and there is a dedicated parking space. House is conveniently located. Easy access to I5 and the light rail if needed. Lots of shopping an amenities close by. The house is surprisingly spacious and comfortable. We thought we would be a little cramped, but absolutely felt compfortable with 3 adults and an infant. I think an additional chair in the living room would be lovely, but we brought in chairs from the kitchen when we needed more seating. The kitchen was well-equipped and very clean. We were wishing we had some warmer weather during our trip so we could utilize the nice outdoor space. Maybe next time! This location was conveniently located just block off the Interstate. Staying in a vacation rental was perfect and made our time there feel like home. We were able to cook, do laundry, and we enjoyed the walkability of this location. The home is beautiful and well appointed! I found it to be comfortable, quiet, cozy and safe! The beds are very comfortable and the on-demand hot water is awesome!! The home is situated in a cul-de-sac type driveway, which helps with privacy, but unfortunately it is not paved and pretty bumpy. We had a brief snafu on arrival with the entry code not working, and the property manager was unavailable for a couple hours. Once the issue was resolved, he refunded me one night’s stay to compensate for the trouble.
