The apartment is the lower floor of a two story building, so you do have upstairs neighbors, but all we ever heard were some footsteps, no big deal.The apartment is at the back of the building, very private, just be aware there are stairs involved to get to the door. It’s has a well equipped kitchen and a nice bathroom. The beds are very comfortable.We were lucky enough with the weather to enjoy the fabulous patio and its great views. Street parking was never a problem, even coming back late at night we were able to park within two blocks. The beds are small, but we all managed to sleep good sharing the space. We could hear the upstairs neighbors walk around & when they had a little house party. Beds and pillows were comfortable. I think this would be a problem for two couples because of the small bathroom area. I would probably be okay for a family of 3 or 4\. My wife and I were happy with it. Crowded street parking was the only option and it can be tough to find a parking spot close by. Pictures and reviews are all accurate, beautiful property with all the amenities. Only a few “others” for the property. The fireplace not working/available was a bit of a disappointment, considering the cold rainy weather. The street parking can be difficult to find a spot at night/weekends. As noted in a previous review, the tenants upstairs walk around very heavy-footed, you’ll definitely hear them. But all of these were what we consider minor and didn’t over-shadow the wonderful weekend we had. ##### Christian N.
