It is in a gated building with secure parking that is close to several casual and fine dining establishments with plenty of family entertainment or nightlife options close by. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with a walk-in closet and its own full bath. The 2nd bedroom has a trundle style bed that comfortably sleeps 2 adults or 2 children with a 2nd full bath. The open floor plan has a large living space with a smart TV and adjacent dining area. The full-size kitchen with granite countertops will make you feel right at home. It is fully equipped with a microwave, coffeemaker, oven/stovetop, dishwasher and all the pots/pans and utensils you need to cook any meal of the day. Walk outside the sliding glass doors onto your large private balcony patio with potted plants and lounge chairs to relax after a day of sightseeing or enjoy a quiet meal with a glass of wine at the table under the umbrella. There are beaches and parks with trails nearby like Golden Gardens with sailing activities or Carkeek Park where you can take in spectacular views of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains and much more. Close to markets, shopping malls, hospitals and universities/colleges. Public transportation is close by as well as Uber and Lyft. It's also stocked with many basic cooking items (salt, pepper, oil, etc.}. The host left drinks and snacks which was really nice after a long day of travelling. I wasn't quite sure of the neighborhood when we arrived, but we had no issues at all. Parking is secured and we enjoyed our time here. Marjo was a wonderful host! ##### Christa B. Our host was gracious and the house perfectly set up. We cook when we travel, and this kitchen even had an electric beater and a Crock-Pot. Oh and did I mention it was full of food? The apartment was clean, nicely decorated, secure (including parking garage), and well stocked with every thing we needed. The host met us in person to show us how to work everything and even provided snacks, drinks, and FRESH FRUIT AND FLOWERS! It was easy to get to downtown without having to get on the 5, always a traffic nightmare. Close to grocery store as well. Best VRBO we have ever stayed in. ##### Virginia P.
