Our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bath home is located in the heart of Seattle just minutes from Pike Place, The Space Needle and some of Seattle’s best restaurants, our home is the perfect getaway for families, business travelers and solo adventurers. The space Our home has modern furnishings, a smart television in the living room. It has a very spacious living room with a Queen Sleeper sof and kitchen ready to prepare any meal for your friends and family. The master has a King size bed and the second room has a Queen size bed. There is a workstation in the bedroom and patio off the living room to enjoy breakfast and the view. Our home also includes wireless internet and 2 large electric air conditioning units. The building complex has a garden courtyard with fountains, a gym, indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, spa, large club room and a stunning roof-top deck with barbecues. There is also a secure garage parking for one car that is included in your reservation. The garage has a height limit of 7'3". The condominium building performs window washing, exterior cleaning, painting and other projects from time to time. During these times, workers may lapel down from the roof of the building with ropes or swing stages as they perform work on or around exterior windows. Guests can draw the window shades or close curtains if they have privacy concerns while work is being performed outside their unit's windows. \* Please message us about yourself and your trip before booking. \* Also be sure to have a picture and verification. \* If possible, let us know your check in and check out time \* Check-in prior to 9pm is complimentary. Late night check-in can be arranged for $35\. No check-ins after midnight (12am). There is also a secure garage parking for one car. Other things to note In our opinion, you have chosen the best place. The top 3 things that make our place really stand out are: 1\. We are here for you if you need anything at all: a recommendation for a restaurant, a nice park to check out, a great thrift shop, a grocery store to buy groceries. If something isn't right in our place, let us know and we will do our best to fix the issue immediately! 2\. You are only 2 minutes from the waterfront and literally feets away from the best bars, restaurants and tourist sights. Not to mention, you can almost touch the Space Needle. 3\. The INCREDIBLE views of Seattle from the 7th Floor balcony!! Please remember that the majority of the homes in this building are residential and owner occupied. This apartment is located in the heart of Seattle, so there is some urban noise. You can expect to hear street noise, often late into the evening. We do offer sound machines. If a silent environment is important to you, downtown Seattle may not be the best place for you to stay. Please note that this is a residential building and from time to time any of our building or listing amenities may be closed or out of service temporarily for maintenance. We will do our best to communicate such rare events to our guests, but unfortunately we cannot predict when maintenance events might be scheduled ahead of time. This property has monthly preventative maintenance pest control services performed, but in the Pacific Northwest you may still experience occasionally finding bees, ants, spiders, mosquitos, mice, bugs seasonally. The only negative is the listing says it has air conditioning which is a stretch as there was a portable A/C in the living room (which kept that area nice and cool) but a box fan running in each bedroom (both of which were warmer than desired). They thought of everything to make us feel comfortable. The view was amazing. They even gave us great recommendation’s on dinner. We were right above a market for late night snacks and drinks. Hosts were great and very attentive even let us check in early since we had an early flight! It is perfectly situated to walk to The Space Needle, Chihuly glass exhibition, Pike Place Market, the waterfront area, local stores and restaurants. The condo was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. Communication between the owners was excellent and the check in process was very smooth. She even alerted us to a major parade that was happening that would make navigating in to the area difficult which allowed us to adjust our arrival time to avoid everything. The apartment was spotlessly clean; the beds and linens were very comfortable. We didn't use the kitchen much but it was well furnished and it looked brand new. The decor is very attractive. The bathrooms were large and modern. There was plenty of storage space for four women traveling together.The building was secure and very nice. The location can't be beat. We walked to the space needle, the Chuhuley Museum, the Pike Place Market.Our hosts were very helpful. I will try to rent this apartment again if I return to Seattle. ##### Michele K.
