LONG TERM RESERVATION Guests are welcome to book long-term stays, but reservations must be made in segments of 28 days at a time. MIDSTAY CLEAN Long stays (over 15 nights) require mid-stay cleans every 2weeks, and are billed to the Guest. Mid-stay clean is equivalent to the current cleaning fee. ISSUES Notify the host immediately of any issues/damage.
