We were a party of two adults and this property was preference for us . Evette’s clean and comfortable and it was a wonderful location . We mostly walked where we wanted to go, but could also have taken mass transit. Would definitely stay here again!

All of the apartment was clean, well -appointed, and very comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of outlets. Parking was so nice to have and many choices for restaurants nearby.

Stayed here to watch the SF Giants play the Mariners. We did all the touristy things and walked to them all. Baseball, Spaceneedle, underground tour, Pikes Place, Argosty Locks Cruise, Amazon Spheres and my favorite Chihuly Garden and Glass. We will come back to visit the nieces and stay here again. Thank you Jose and Alex!!

Great location, quiet apartment. Clean, good layout, everything as expected. A small hiccup at check-in which was quickly resolved by the super responsive hosts. Very convenient location for restaurants, evening entertainment, attractions, proximity to business locations such as AWS HQ. I will stay here again as the need arises.

We really enjoyed our stay. Alex & Jose were great hosts, provided clear instructions for travel ease, and provided everything needed to feel at home. When we return to Seattle again to explore the city more, this will be the first place we look to stay.

This place is a gem, centrally located, very very clean, host responded to any question, parking is included and easy once understanding it. We were 2 older friends never felt intimidated walking to pikes market or the space needle. Will stay again wonderful pedestrian city. Thank you again

Seattle weekend getaway

Convenient location to walk to Pike Street Market, restaurants, and pier. We had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and pillows for a great nights sleep. We will definitely stay here again.

Great space, comfy bed and pillows, and a nicely equipped kitchen. Walkable location and perfect for my week long conference in downtown Seattle. Alex and Jose were quick to respond with a couple small issues and were very helpful. Vindictive Wings next door is a must if yer into wings :) The tub is too small for a real bath, which was one of the deciding factors in renting the space, but otherwise had everything I needed.

Spotless, Well-Stocked Gem Steps from Seattle’s Cultural Core

Loved my Seattle stay — the place was spotless, stocked with every utensil and gadget you’d need to cook a full meal, and just a quick stroll from the Pike Place / waterfront / museums “greatest-hits” loop. The hosts answered messages almost instantly and were genuinely welcoming, which made the whole trip feel easy and friendly.
