Our unit was clean and well maintained. Others were quiet except that fire alarms were tripped for a couple of minutes in early mornings (three times in a four night stay). Room was stuffy, we had to leave windows open but there is street noise. Room is so smalll that I couldn’t find a comfortable space for my yoga mat.
