Great staff and location, especially the front desk. The Hyatt House is located across the street from the Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens, Monorail and the Climate Pledge Arena. Spacious, clean rooms and the food and drink are excellent as well. Would definitely recommend.

Had a great time, make sure to ask staff about the many different transportation options. We didn’t realize there is a seasonal/summer way to get down to the waterfront for free until checkout. Great spot and really enjoyed our stay, thanks!

The place was perfect. Loved the location and helpful staff. Even housecleaning helped. Only thing I didn’t like - people will use the Kitchenette so there will be smells. We had CUMIN smells that lingered through the vents throughout the night!

Superbly maintained hotel with an excellent breakfast. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the kitchenettes in the studio rooms are a huge plus. The location is unbeatable, just a two-minute walk from the Space Needle, Chihuly Garden and Glass, and many other attractions, with easy access to public transportation and tour bus pickup points. The staff were quick to respond, helpful, and accommodating. The only improvement I would suggest is upgrading the TVs to smart TVs.

I’m definitely giving this hotel five stars, especially because of Carlos! He was amazing, extremely helpful, welcoming, and made our check-in experience so easy. After a long and tiring flight, he helped us with an early check-in, which meant so much. The breakfast was great, the service was excellent, and we had a wonderful stay. Carlos truly went above and beyond and deserves special recognition! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
