Very quiet at night and great light in the morning. Excellent and very well stocked kitchen and nice furnishings throughout. A long stay would be easy. There is an alley way parking spot but only small cars would fit. No problem finding street parking. I plan to go back. The floors had some nails that were unsafe for feet without shoes. The tub drain in the shower was plugged. The toilet w weouldn't flush without holding the handle. Other than that it was a great place to stay. She has a lot of character and one can almost imagine the stories this home holds! All that one would need is provided and the fact that groceries and restaurants were in walking distance is a huge plus (btw, walking the alley to all is much less taxing than taking the sidewalk out front! That hill… omg! Ha!) Communication with the owner was very easy.
