New second floor studio apartment above detached garage in a quiet West Seattle neighborhood. It has a full kitchen and bathroom with all the amenities you’ll need. The couch folds out into a king bed or you can just use one side as a twin. Plenty of street parking and easy access to main bus lines. It is located in our backyard, so you might see us or hear kids playing from time to time. Our hosts, Sarah and Jared, are responsive communicators, always providing prompt answers to questions and excellent recommendations. The neighborhood is quiet, and there's a parking space right behind the house. Everything was spotlessly clean, the pull-out couch was easy to use, and we slept very well on it. Coffee capsules for our morning coffee were provided, and all the necessary kitchen appliances are available. There are also nice restaurants nearby. All in all, a very good value for money.
