It's right next to a busy road but was surprisingly very quiet inside. It did also mean that the bus stops downtown were super convenient. Plenty places nearby to eat and drink as well as a grocery store and gas station. There was a problem with the washer/dryer but was fixed. Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful.
