The studio with approximately 800 sq ft, sleeping up to six guests (airbed and fold-out sofa bed for small setup fee, please inquire), features a comfortable queen-size bed, fold-out sofa, a kitchenette with -height freezer/fridge, microwave, electric induction hot plate, coffeemaker and generous-sized glass-enclosed tiled shower bath as well as a relaxing living room area with a 60" HDTV (wifi TV streaming including Netflix service). FREE Wi-Fi too! Charcoal BBQ grill and outdoor patio table are available and shared with other residents. Only guests included in the reservation are allowed to stay. Any additional person must be approved in advance and will be subject to $30 fee per night. EXPAND your lodging! Optional main house 2000 sq ft featuring 3 bedrooms, sleeps 8+; and is booked separately (see Listing #1040583). Pricing listed here is for the cottage. SLEEPS 12-20 guests when combined both listings and airbeds, additional fees apply, please inquire. NOTE: Backyard grounds, patio and grill are common areas shared by other guests in the main house. Pricing listed is based on single occupancy. The property has three units: Main house with downstairs unit and cottage, which may be occupied during your stay. This comfortable and charming detached studio cottage offers a lovely kitchenette and spacious tiled shower bathroom. Trung himself was a gracious host who shared valuable information about the neighborhood and the city, and he helped patiently and thoughtfully with a wi-fi issue I encountered during my stay. She lives nearby in the Greenlake area so this location was perfect for quickly getting between the cottage and her home. It was cozy and gave us a mountain vibe while definitely being in the city. While the shower taking awhile to warm was a concern the first day- we found that running the bathroom hot water in the sink expedites heating the shower water up (idk how my partner figured that out but we are very happy lol). The property is quiet and well-maintained. The neighborhood felt safe. The bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed. The yard is beautiful, a great place to have a cup of coffee and read. Good on-street parking in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Trung, the host, was excellent to work with and appreciated his check-ins with us. The renter in the main house on the same property was great to chat with. We were in Seattle to see our daughter at UW and will definitely be back to stay at Trung's place when we are in town next. ##### Brian B.
