NEW AC! My place is a family home close to Seatac Airport with easy access to Downtown Seattle (20 minute drive) and all the major freeways. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the outdoors space. My place is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Reminder that this is a well loved home and not a hotel :). This house is well insulated but located close to the airport. Newly installed Hottub and outdoor remodel. We didn't get check-in information until the day before, and I don't know if we wouldn't have gotten it at all if I hadn't tried as hard as I did to get a response. I originally booked the property to host a holiday party, as the listing said "Events Allowed." The host eventually responded to me 8 days after I booked telling me that events were not, in fact, allowed. They did not however respond to my message notifying them that their listing states that events are allowed, and as of the time of this review their listing still says that events are allowed. The house itself was fine, but the lack of communication from the host makes it hard for me to recommend this property. ##### Miles L. I was told that they had changed there policies “due to complaints in the area”, one day rentals were not allowed and refunded half of what I paid.
