This unit can host up to 16 guests, featuring 4 bedrooms with 8 beds, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, big living space, laundry, and anything that you can think of. This kind of space and gorgeous view is definitely a rare find! \*\*You will have the entire upper unit with a private entrance. Please note that there\`s another unit on the 1st floor, which is not included in this listing. \*\*You will need to walk 30+ stairs. \*\*Please only park 3 cars on Arrowsmith Ave S and park half on curb to make sure the road is not blocked. If you drive more than 3 cars, please find parkings on other streets. If violated, a $200 will be posed and your cars might be towed at your own expense. This house features 4 bedrooms (with 6 queen size beds, a full over full bunk bed), a sofa bed, 2 full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave, and full washer & dryer with detergent, providing enough space for families and groups. Smart TV and portable ACs are also equipped in this house for better stay experience. You will have access to the entire space except for the storage rooms on the 2nd floor and the attic area on the 3rd floor. 【PARKING】 There is no designated parking for the house, but there is plenty of free street parking available. I’m mostly available for questions by Airbnb messages (preferred), text, email or phone. Our house is located in the quiet and charming neighborhood of Rainier Beach and you will get to enjoy the spectacular views over Lake Washington. Ideal setup for a family vacation or a weekend getaway. Really our goal is to provide the most a comfortable and clean well kept rental home, as well as, an awesome Seattle experience. 3.【NO SMOKING】 If any signs of smoking are detected, the guests agree to pay a $300 violation fee. 4.【NO ANIMAL】 Unfortunately this property is animal-free, NOT animal friendly because the homeowner is highly allergic to animal danders/hairs. Also note if an unauthorized animal is found in the vacation home, we will ask that it be removed immediately and a non-refundable fee of $500 (sometimes up to $1,000) will be charged. 5\. 【NO SHOES】 We appreciate that you are helping to take care of the cleanliness of our house! Availability is based on whether there are guests checking out on the same day as your arrival, so we can ONLY approve on a case by case basis once confirming with our cleaners that the home will be ready.
