The house is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen utensils, including coffee, spices, and cooking tools, ensuring a comfortable dining experience. Conveniently located in the rear of the house, the parking area offers ample space. The spacious backyard, illuminated by landscape lights, provides a serene retreat after a day of sightseeing. The house boasts a warm and inviting atmosphere, complemented by central air conditioning. The addition of two separate living spaces, with a dedicated area in the basement for teenagers, enhances the accommodation’s appeal. The host demonstrated exceptional responsiveness and promptness in addressing any inquiries regarding the property. House says 3 bedrooms, which is accurate. But the house is much bigger. Huge living area downstairs and has a landing on the 3rd floor. Great location too. We had a wonderful stay at the Ballard Blue!The home was so charming and perfect for our family's stay to celebrate our daughter's graduation from UW Seattle. The neighborhood was quiet and in a perfect location near downtown Ballard. The home is wonderfully appointed and has a beautiful private backyard that was perfect for our small family get together. We highly recommend the Ballard Blue. With saddened emotions, we found the drive from airport to Ballard Blue quite simple. Beautiful home, in an even more beautiful, quiet neighborhood.
