This charming, cosy cottage is perfect for families seeking a seaside holiday in the picturesque coastal village of Beer. Ideally located on the outskirts of the main village, the cottage offers a homely atmosphere with stylish finishing touches and a private garden for al fresco dining moments.  
  
Step through the front door into a welcoming living room decorated with beautiful colours that set a relaxing tone for your holiday. Snuggle up on the sofa and enjoy a film on the TV after a busy day exploring the coastline. The kitchen, accessible from both the living room and the back garden, is well-equipped for preparing family feasts, and there''s a dining table set for four. Upstairs, the two bedrooms are bright and breezy, with plush, comfortable beds for a good night''s sleep. Choose between the master bedroom with a double bed or the second bedroom with two single beds. The smartly tiled family bathroom completes this inviting home away from home. Outside, you''ll find a rear patio with outdoor seating and a charcoal BBQ, as well as a small grassy area, perfect for enjoying the fresh Devon air.  
  
You''ll find yourself half a mile from the sandy beach, sheltered by stunning limestone cliffs, and perfect for a day of traditional seaside fun. The famous Donkey Sanctuary in Sidmouth is 6 miles away, and Pecorama Pleasure Gardens, offering train rides and spectacular views, is half a mile up the road. Further afield, try your hand at fossil hunting along the Jurassic Coast, with Charmouth, Eype and Chesil beaches all within 25 miles of home.
