Whether you're planning to soak up the sun at the beach, hike scenic coastal trails, enjoy shopping on Broadway Street, or explore local eateries, this property provides the ideal base for your adventures.  
  
This inviting home features an abundance of natural light, a cozy fireplace, and a serene backyard, offering the perfect setting for unwinding. With four spacious bedrooms and three full bathrooms, this tranquil home comfortably accommodates up to ten guests.  
  
A MESSAGE FROM OUR FAMILY: We are so thankful for your support during these trying times. As always, if the cities of Seaside, Gearhart, or Cannon Beach prohibits us from hosting guests, your trip will be covered for a 100% refund.  
  
By booking in advance, you are supporting the thirty families that work within our company. We appreciate you and hope you’ll consider us for your business. We are going even more in depth with our cleaning program to ensure your comfort and peace of mind during your stay. This includes using an EPA certified disinfectant as our main surface cleaner throughout the home.

If you have not researched us to know who we are: Seaside Vacation Homes is a small, family owned business operating in Seaside for over 30 years, and the oldest vacation home property management company in our area. Seaside Vacation Homes has fifty of the cleanest and most highly maintained homes within a diversity of price points in our collection. If you have any special needs or requests please let our staff know, as everyone in our office views the guests we serve as extended family and wants to make sure this trip ends up being all it can be! Pricing Explanation: This is not our primary website, but does offer the industry leading review platform for travelers local and abroad. Minimum booking requirements are generally 2 days from September - June excluding holidays where there is a 4 day minimum.
