This remodeled 3 bedroom 1 3/4 bathroom home is the perfect getaway for a couple, family, or a few friends looking to spend some time in beautiful Seaside Oregon. In this charming home, you will find river views from almost every room, and plenty of room for all; both indoors and out. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals for your group. The living room is warm and cozy with a gas stove, a large couch, and a 55" TV. Tell Alexa to play your favorite songs on the Sonos system. Pull up a seat at the game table and challenge that special someone to a game of chess or backgammon while you gaze out the bay windows at the river gently flowing by. And if you have an adventurous side explore the natural beauty the Necanicum River has to offer from the back yard or in the kayak. Once the sun goes down grab a seat around the fire pit and share some stories with friends and family or head into the garage for a fierce round of foosball or ping pong. The living room loft is the perfect space to grab a book and lose yourself or play one of the old school Xbox games. Bedrooms all feature premium mattresses, linens, feather comforter & pillows. We had a wonderful stay at Riverside Beach House with my in-laws, husband, and 2 kids. The back area on the River was wonderful. The proximity to town is great. Amenities were fantastic. The kids enjoyed ping pong and we had plenty of space. We hope to be back!

Nice property very comfortable just no air conditioning and sprinkler outside. Was hitting the house late at night waking us up and there’s no fan in the bathroom other than that very nice and comfortable beautiful spot.

It was very comfortable. Kitchen had everything needed ro cook for a family, including Tupperware for left overs. Kayak was located in the backyard for the river. If you can make it down into the river, the kayaking is extremely peaceful. The gameroom kept us all occupied for hours. Property manager was very responsive. If you're worried about the house being too far away from the promenade for your young kids to walk, don't be. Our 4 year old walked it every day and enjoyed the adventure of finding new flowers and petting the different dogs on the way. The home is also walking distance from a park. We will be staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay at Riverside Beach House. The hosts were super responsive with clear instructions. The house was conveniently located and there were plenty of amenities from games over beach chairs that made for a great vacation.

Check in was a mess

The place was great. However, we checked in on a Friday which was the only nice day. Took the day off and traveled 3 hours to be there at 430 when the code didn’t work we tried contacting host. At 830 we finally got in and when the host got a hold of me the first thing said well you’re in now. Had to spend money on dinner we were not intending on and couldn’t use fire pit since it rained the next day (which we knew and took the day off Friday to enjoy fire pit). Even though we had to pay for a full dinner out, entertain 5 kids and didn’t get the whole experience plus it was their fault that the code didn’t work they gave no discount, understanding of our frustration or money back.

Great Safe Neighborhood Location!

We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay with our Daughter and Family. Our 12 year old Granddaughter enjoyed riding a bike, playing some games and flying a kite too. To top it all off we enjoyed roasting marshmallows and making s’mores around the fire pit located in the back yard. This home is very clean and has everything you need to have an enjoyable stay! Communicating with the Owner is Quick and Easy. I as an adult enjoyed my morning coffee on the back deck every morning with the peaceful back yard view of the river. You won’t be disappointed if you rent this home!

Wonderful Stay

We enjoyed staying at the Riverside Beach House in Seaside. The teenagers loved having their own room and we all enjoyed cooking meals together, sitting out in the beautiful back yard and relaxing together in the living room. The house is centrally located for day trips. We would highly recommend this rental for families.

Great stay!

We loved our stay here! It was super clean, the check in process was seamless and easy, and felt super safe and secure for our young kids ranging from ages 5-9. A short walk to the beach and just good vibes. Comfortable beds, a super fun game room, and we'll stocked kitchen. The hosts were easy to reach and had great communication leading up to our stay. We had a great time and would stay again.

House in quiet neighborhood on dead end street. Common areas (open plan) and garage/family room were roomy, spacious. We were 2 adults, but could envision kids having ample areas to play including ping pong. A game table was by a big window looking out at river. Loft up spiral staircase was a cozy spot. We enjoyed the deck with river view. Too warm for firepit, but looked nice. Easy walk to ocean and the promenade along beachfront was nice. House was somewhat dated, but functional. Spacious.

Fun House on the River

This was perfect for the 6 of us. We had fun with the built in chess/checkers/backgammon board table, the ping pong table and foosball table in the garage and put a couple of puzzles together while watching the river bustle with birds. We considered a float in the river with the kayak but after spending time at the beach, just a couple minute drive down the road, and shopping/playing around downtown, also only a few minutes down the road, none of us had energy to do so. Maybe next time. Because there will be a next time. Thanks.

Great place to stay in Seaside

It was very clean. The beds were super comfortable and it had everything you would expect plus a few extras (like some sugar for our tea in the morning)! Communication with Mary had a good response time. The location is so nice, you can be on the beach after a 10 minute walk, and the little river in the back has lots of bird traffic. The only thing that stressed me out a little was needing to start the laundry before leaving; I wasn’t sure how much I needed to have done so tried to start it all. Maybe it is not completely geared toward very tiny kids as the backyard is not fully enclosed so allows for a quick escape to the cul-de-sac. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Roomy and lots to do

Very clean! We were very happy with how roomy the home was including all the bedrooms. We loved the backyard fire pit and view of the river. We couldn’t believe how many games they had in the garage/game area. The bikes were a hit and so was the pink pong table. Nice big kitchen. Great location and the teens walked to the nearby park.
