Hot Tub Mere Steps from the Beach

Planning a trip to the beautiful Oregon Coast? You’ll have an amazing experience staying at our remodeled beach house.

Our modern beach cottage is located in the heart of Seaside, just steps from the Promenade. Step out the back door and take a stroll along the walking path into downtown Seaside or down to the beach for a picnic or bonfire. Our beautifully decorated home features a luxury kitchen, fully equipped with high-end appliances and all the necessities you need to prepare delicious meals with your friends and family. The 8-person dining room table, washer and dryer, WiFi, and luxury linens make our home feel like your home.

It's a spacious and cozy four-bedroom, a two-full-bathroom house that can accommodate 8 guests comfortably. Downstairs features a full bathroom and a bedroom with a king-size bed. Upstairs we have 2 ocean-view bedrooms one with a queen bed and another with a king-sized bed. The third upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds. The upstairs full bathroom has plenty of beach towels and counter space for all the guests.

We also have a brand hot tub for you to fully relax in our backyard.

When you are ready to venture out, a short walk will take you to our favorite local restaurants and bars. Grab a cup of coffee and a pastry at Osprey Cafe, or snag a spot on the patio at Billy Mac's and soak up the sun with the locals. Stock up on essentials at Hamiltons Market, also just a quick walk from our home.

Are you interested in crabbing, fishing, golfing, hiking, or other beach adventures? We’d be happy to give you recommendations to help you plan your perfect vacation to the Oregon Coast.

Great location and well-appointed house good for a group of friends or family. Walk to the beach was awesome with beach toys for our kids to use. Loved the yard and hot tub, too. Everything was easy and comfortable. Would stay here again!

Home was in a great location, parking in front of the garage was pretty tight and someone was parked in front of the home during our entire stay. Larger groups with more than one car might want to fact that in. The home was cute but needs a little love. Old and charming and everything works, just not as pictured. Hot tub was a hit and convenient to have right in the backyard.

The house was clean and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped. The walk to the beach was one of the best parts! I have young children and the walk was much shorter than many beach houses that claim close beach access in their listings. This stretch of the beach is a little south of the busier part of town. This made for cleaner sand and it seemed less busy which was nice. The outdoor space is fenced in with a nice deck, chairs which was nice for visits, reading and letting the kids play. The hot tub was a bonus on a cool morning. We also appreciated having a hose to wash off sand instead of just an outdoor faucet, this helped with little kids.

Sweet Spot at Seaside

My sister and our families all stayed at the cottage. It fit 8 of us comfortably. Perfect for location to the beach, downtown, and quaint local spots. We loved our time there, thank you!

The house was cottagey and quaint. Kitchen was updated and nice. Plenty of room. The stairs were steep though and I could have used handrails in the bathroom by the tub, and by the stairs coming into the house. I have a little bit of a balance issue and struggled with these areas.Overall it was a great trip.

Great location, lousy hot tub.

For having hot tub in your title, we did not get to use it in our week long stay because it was broken. We picked that cottage mainly for the location and the use of a hot tub. So dissappointing!

Oregon vacay getaway

We had a fantastic time along the Oregon coast, weather cooperated for the most part. We went sight seeing each day and played games in the evenings. There was plenty of room for everyone, and close access to the beach. We enjoyed our stay 😃

Great location, house needs more care

The location of this property is perfect, however the condition of the home made the stay not so perfect. The house is not super clean. The stairs leading up to three bedrooms are super dirty with sticky handrails and walls. Carpet seemed new, but not vacuumed. Multiple light bulbs were out throughout the house. Sink and shower drains were SUPER slow which led to standing water while showering. No AC with only two window units and no additional fans available. Garage door would open but not close with door opener. The house needs some deep cleaning and care before I would stay in it again.

Great location! Great space!

This rental is in an amazing location…. You couldn’t actually ask for a better spot! I don’t think the listing does this rental justice on the space. The open concept living space is QUITE spacious and there’s even a loft/landing space on the upper floor that’s not really furnished but can be used for “kid space” or a reading nook or even yoga space! The kitchen is super stocked. I mean all pots, pans, utensils and even ziplock bags and platters. We were at the house for thanksgiving and we were really impressed with the kitchen! The hot tub is nice and the kids LOVED it! A huge selling feature of this rental! Now to the opportunities: 1. The upstairs bathroom is sub-par. The vent in the ceiling is hairy and disgusting. The shower Is moldy and doesn’t properly drain. My family all used the downstairs shower and that felt like a bummer. 2. The house did not feel clean. There’s some general maintenance that would go a long way but so would a deep clean (or two). 3. The beds were not very comfortable for us! 4. The “brew basket” in the coffee pot is missing so dare I say - a new coffee pot is needed. 4. The house is well stocked but we couldn’t find any trash bags. Thank goodness we brought a couple with us! This should be a stocked item. 5. The hair dryer upstairs didn’t work. We tried in multiple outlets. 6. The house was hard to keep comfortably heated and cooled! We were there during a very cold stretch but it felt like we were either freezing or sweating.

Great place to visit and relax with friends!

The house is an adorable beach house. It had plenty of space to relax and the bedrooms were all a good sizes too. It was one house away from the promenade, which was great! The house was very stocked with all necessary kitchen items as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Awesome Cottage

This is our 2nd stay at this cottage. Great family space, comfy bedrooms, nice bathrooms. Very short walk to beach for playtime & sunsets. Close to prom & many other activities. We were bummed the hot tub & fire pit were out of commission during our stay. Communication about those issues could have been better.
