Parking for 3 vehicles
Just steps (2 properties) to the beach access, this one level home is in quiet North Seaside and has 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus outdoor hot/cold shower on the back deck for surfers, kids, pets! The main house has 3 bedrooms and 1 full bath, the private in-law apartment behind the garage has one bedroom and another bathroom. Enter the front door to the living room with leather furniture, New large flat screen smart TV for streaming. Fully appointed kitchen including dishwasher, and dining area. Down the hall you will find two bedrooms with 2 twins each, the king bedroom and a full bathroom.  Each bedroom has a new flat screen smart TV's.   Off the dining area, pass through the door to the garage and you will find the 2nd private shower addition. Behind the garage you will find the in-law Apt. with a queen bed and 1/2 bath. The back yard is completely fenced with back deck, outdoor furniture and yes, hot/cold shower here too.  Ping-Pong table in garage, FREE WIFI. Pet OK with permission and $75 non-refundable per pet fee. The pet fee will be added after the reservation has been confirmed and it has been determined that the pet is approved.  No more than 2 pets, no cats. Parking for 3 cars only. MUST BE 25 TO RENT PROPERTY.

Great house. Loved that they had sheets and towels and hall closet that you could use. Only thing I could suggest is to make sure to vacuum and damp up the floors as there is quite a bit of sand in all the rooms that leaves a gritty feeling and gets in the beds. It is the beach so I know this is difficult to be on top of.

It was very peaceful and great. Do wish the backyard had grass instead of sand. I get it you’re by the ocean. It would be nice to have maps with attractions near by also those that don’t know what garbage can is recycle or trash. Great accommodation. I would stay there again.

Really everything we needed. Spacious, literally 3 houses from the beach, and what really put it over the top, a ping-pong table. ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! Thanks for everything.

Great location, pet friendly but lacking in some ways……

Great location and pretty easy walk to the beach. All the beds were very comfy! Good communication was had and we had a quick response and solution the first night due to a missing BBQ. Within the hour a new charcoal bbq showed up. Now for the not so great parts…. Strange smell through the house and when we tried to open all the windows to air it out, there were many that did not open. All the blinds were pretty dirty, and there was mold in the windowsills.The outside shower was only a shower-head attached to a hose, which did have hot and cold, but was broken.There were a few coffee makers available however one was broken and the other two I would not use due to the dirtiness.There was plenty of utensils to use for food prep and serving, which was nice. Overall, it’s very dated.The bathroom in the main house had mold on the sliding shower doors, which I know is hard to keep clean, but as a rental, I would maybe put a little more effort in. We had plenty of sheets and towels.We found sand in two of the beds leading out to the deck on top and inside the sheets. The backyard is basically a big sandpit so if you’re expecting a nice grassy backyard, you’ll be disappointed. There were spiderwebs throughout, and the cleanliness was definitely lacking.Overall, it wasn’t a terrible experience, but due to the following issues, we probably wouldn’t stay at this property. We were impressed with the communication that was had.

Very nice sized facility. The beds were wonderful - just the right firmness. The only problem was the quantity of sand present inside the facility when we got there. We even vacuumed at least every 2nd day to try to keep it under reasonable control but I guess that is just what happens with a sand pit back yard. An outside gas BBQ would have been convenient.

I have stayed in this house with a few other couples and we enjoyed it. Very comfortable. But they need to replace two of their dining chairs. they were broken when I got there and my fingers got pinched when scooting them close to the table.also, there were leftover food items in the cupboards that should have been thrown out.

It was a nice stay.

There is a stale smell in the home and cob webs everywhere. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay. For older people maybe change that’s its steps to the beach, it’s further than steps. We didn’t mind the walk for our stay. Thank you.

Perfect spot for pets.

There were four adults and one teenage girl. Also, we had three dogs. The backyard was fully fenced, a bit, Sandy, but OK there were more than enough beds, could’ve slept eight and there were only five of us. The only thing the House didn’t have was a cupcake tin, but other than that we found everything. We will be back for sure, as it is close enough to the beach for us old ladies to make it down there and back quite comfortably. Aaron, the after hours and weekend manager was awesome. Thanks again we really love the place.
