    Adorable and charming beach house only one block from the Promenade and beach. Living room has lovely gas fireplace, TV/VCR/DVD player, free wireless internet and internet radio. Surround sound includes Onkyo A/V Receiver, with a combination of Polk and Klipsch speakers in a 6.1 configuration. Kitchen is fully appointed including coffee pot, microwave & dishwasher. Dining room sits adjacent to the kitchen and living room. Two bedrooms are just off the living room downstairs; 2 Queen Bedrooms. You will find one full bathroom downstairs with shower. As you go upstairs, you will find the master bedroom with a queen bed. Skylights accent the master bedroom and bathroom which has a Jacuzzi tub and shower. Pac-N-Play included for convenience. Front deck faces south for a little extra sun with just a short walk 2 minute walk to the beach. Parking for 3 vehicles.

Absolutely sweet and inviting place to be! House was like visiting your family home. Comfortable, safe, well stocked and in a great location. We would love to come back for an extended stay next time.

Early Autumn Week Sept-Oct 24

The weather was with us, with sunny days allowing for long beach walks. the house has everything you could possibly want from razor clam equipment to games and a very well stocked kitchen. They even have an extra leaf for the table. The people staying there before us left half a pizza in the oven that wasn't caught by the cleaning crew and it took me a while to locate the smell. Needed to wash all our dishes because the dishwasher wasn't working, but as there was only 2 of us, it wasn't that difficult. Easy 2 block walk to the prom and very close to the Seaside downtown strip.

Spacious house, close to beach

Great house with lots of room for the family. It is a great location and had extras that make the house very comfortable - plenty of linens, nightlights, kitchen stocked, parking for 3 vehicles, etc. We would stay again.

Relaxation

The house was a perfect getaway for my little family. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi bathtub in the master suite. The location is perfect. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Would definetly come back again.

Pretty good

There was some questionable things as far as cleanliness, there was a hair clip and half drank soda in our room. And the sheets had some small stains. The bring said though, the house appeared clean and the communication with the property manager was great. Very prompt responses. I’m only giving four stars though because I don’t feel I can give five stars to a place that charges you for cleaning and also asks you to clean before you leave. That’s one thing about VRBO and VACASA that I feel is wrong. Shouldn’t have to do both.

Perfect house for a beach vacation

This is the third time we have stayed at this property and absolutely love it. It is a perfect location and a reasonable price point. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need. The check in process is so easy. There is plenty of room for everyone and the beds are comfortable.

Great location, uncomfortable beds

The house is well enough stocked and clean and the location is great. The only reason I would not rent it again is the beds. The mattress upstairs and the one in the downstairs bedroom on the left are very uncomfortable. There seems to be no structure left and they both sag like you are sleeping on a hammock. Also, the sheets are made for a thinner mattress, so they slip off the corners any time you move around.

The rental property was great. The only bad experience we had was with the trash bins. They were not big enough to accommodate our stay but otherwise a pleasant experience.

Great location, short walk to beach and downtown. Very cozy and loved the fire place. Kitchen well stocked - also bathrooms. Highly recommend and will be back. One negative - would like to be able to turn fountain off at night - is rather loud for sleeping in one of the bedroom.

Perfect stay

We loved staying at this location. Place was close to the beach and everything else. Tub was amazing and so relaxing The only thing I would recommend is for the tv system to be upgraded. They had way too many remotes (5) to get the tv to function. We followed all the instructions to get the Apple TV to work, but it didn’t work.
