The bedrooms were comfortable and having 4 bathrooms was ideal for our party of old and young. It is a ten minute walk to the sea and amenities. There were no scenic views( it backs onto a social club car park.)but that was not an issue for us. My only reservations were the heating system seemed difficult to adjust ,better explanations and instructions for it, the oven and airfryer would have been appreciated.
